We purchased a home with a pool in 2012 - our first home with a pool! We visited Tri State and got an education on owning and maintaining a pool. We also purchased a Hot Tub from them. They have been great for over 12 years to us! They have serviced our poll and hot tub expertly. Tonight may have best example of their first rate Service. Once again, they were super-responsive and came to help within hours of calling them! Special shout out to Trevor Gans but they’re all very helpful. We just love doing business with a local, family owned business!!! Highly recommend!

We recently switched to Tri-State pools and couldn’t be more pleased. Their staff is very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We had to have the pump replaced and Tyler came out the same day and replaced the old pump. Great service considering it’s the busiest time of the year. Cost was very reasonable. We highly recommend Tri-State pools.

Tri-State Pools is family owned and I have had the best service for over 25 years. Every season Trevor opens and closes my pool, I have bought a liners, covers, all types of pool equipment, pumps, sand changes...they can do it all.

They went above and beyond to help me when I needed them the most. I had a issue with pump, went to another pool company, who I’ve done business with for over 15 years, only to have them to quote me a pump for an above ground pool knowing I had a in ground pool. They didn’t have the pump near the price they quoted me over the phone, Tyler, with Tri States was able to get me what I needed for just a little more money. I will now give him all my business and would recommend them to everyone.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. We’re gotten expert advice on keeping our hot tub water in great condition. The prices on cleaning supplies and water conditioners are also quite reasonable. Oh, and if your water sample tests well you get a Star sticker. What more could you ask for?! 😊
